Michael's comment reminded me...

We picked up M's glasses yesterday. They look different than I remember them a year ago. :-) Maybe M grew a little? They look good. Yes Michael, there is a Santa Clause. Oh, I mean, yes they turn into sunglasses. They are transitions but the technology has gotten much better. When we first got them 2.5 years ago, the glasses tended to keep the tint even inside. Now the glasses are much better at getting clear. I think they also get darker though that has been hard to tell cause the sun hasn't been out in like, forever!

I finished the HP3 book from the library and the HP4 book we have at home. I am not sure if I will get HP5 from the library tomorrow to read over the weekend... Might want to wait till Monday so I spend some time with my kids. LOL But... I do have to sit for an hour, on Saturday, waiting for M to have visual training ( eye exercises). Hmmm... maybe - I think that means yes ;-)

The other library books I have just scanned. I see nothing in the trading spaces book that doesn't feel like reading something I already watched on TV. The Alton Brown books are OK... but not something you want to read, and read, and read. It is easier on TV to watch, do something else, and think that I don't seem to care as much as he does, but it is kind of interesting and fun. When you read the book, you can't do something else too.

REMEMBER ---- RETURN THE BOOKS and video tomorrow. I swear I support that library. :-(

We have some emergency plumbing work that needs to be done and for now have turned off the water in the downstairs bathroom. Ugh... I know someone will forget and use it. I guess the worse is that I put the water on, flush and turn it off again. Can't leak that much. ;-) Dad always said houses and cars were a PITA. Well, I don't think he has ever said A**. Heck, has he ever said butt? Well, they are a pain -- houses and cars, not butts..

remind me sometime to tell you about when R and A were talking and asked me if adults were allowed to say 'stupid'. A still thinks that stupid is the "s word". good night.

The downstairs bathroom is off a hallway right near the kitchen. A went in while I was finishing up dinner. My Mommy radar was day dreaming and A came out without me saying "A, your hands" just as she stepped out. She was standing next to the table with both hands behind her back and a cat who ate the canary look on her face.

Oooooh, thought Mommy brain... what's up... aaah, the hands are hiding, the toilet is flushing...

A, wash your hands.

"How did you know????" as she walks into the bathroom. Just like she used to be surprised that I knew she had to go to the bathroom. Like holding yourself and jumping around isn't a little bit of a hint. ;-)

Jeez. :-)
