Has anyone seen what happens when you go to google and type in "weapons of mass destruction" (including the quotes) and hit the "I'm feeling lucky" button. It brings you here. Oh, fun, a Sydney newspaper has an article about it. Kind of funny if you think of a google pointer being news...

Happy 4th+ of July.

Rebekah, Bill and Gramma went to the fireworks last night. We didn't do anything outside before the fireworks because it was "too freakin hot". Today is a heat advisory too. Weatherbug keeps on beeping at me. :-)

"It Will Be Hot And Humid Across The Region Today. Maximum Temperatures In The Lower To Mid 90s In Combination With Very Humid Air Will Cause Heat Indexes To Reach Up To 105 Degrees During The Afternoon. " Just lovely...

Matthew, Alyssa and I stayed home and watched the show and fireworks from DC and umm... somewhere in the south on TV. Then we watched some of the show from Boston. They _say_ they want to see real fireworks now, but they are both so sensitive to loud noises and bright lights, I would bet any money on it. But, luckly enough, we will be in Disneyland the end of the summer and they will be able to see some fireworks then. We did have a good time cuddling together and watching the TV. It was a very family night, even without the real fireworks.

We all had a barbeque before the fireworks. There is nothing quite like having left over hamburger for breakfast. LOL I have to admit, I had diet coke with it. Sounds awful, but is quite fulfilling. I think it is even as good as leftover pizza for breakfast. :-)

Where is the world going to? I am now getting SPAM on my telephone. I got a phone call where they didn't know my name and it was supposedly from CVS, but they said there hours were from 5am to 6pm and they gave me a number in a different area code then mine, one from southern Maryland. Well, this phone call told me they were holding my sample of viagra. LOL I don't think so.... I will get annoyed if I start getting a lot of these, but it was kind of funny to hear this message. Of have voicemail on my phone so the kids can't hear it anyway.

The moved seemed to go well. From what I hear though, there was excitement returning the U-haul. My brother was stopped by the secret service!!! LOL He got quite the sermon but no ticket. What do you know but you are not allowed to drive a truck within some magic distance from the White House. I guess there are lots of new rules living in the nation's capital.

The saying on the DC licence plate always makes me look twice. It says "taxation without representation" which, while probably true is a far cry from New Hampshire's "live free or die". :-)

My brother's place sounds very nice, I will see it tomorrow. Suposedly, you see trees out the window and are walking distance from tons of restaurants, the metro, the zoo and lots of other stuff. Can't wait to see it.
