Well, suposidly the watermains are fixed an hour ago, but when I put the water on here, I still get nothing. Zip, nadda, nothing. Hopefully I will have something when we come back from dinner.
I wrote a while ago about all the buds and stuff that were popping up? Well, the flowering trees also had lots of buds on them. Yesterday (or the day before?) we had some snow, slush, ice, rain type thing. All the trees had a nice, pretty layer of ice over the branches. I sure hope all those buds didn't die! The trees are so pretty when they bloom. But hey, maybe if they didn't bloom, I wouldn't be as allergic to spring? Mom told me the peak Cherry Blossom was the last week in March this year. Maybe I should check on it and get down? Hmmm... Rebekah's birthday is that weekend... we might be too tired the next day!

What a busy time. My Mom was over last week and it was GREAT. I love it when she is over. The only problem :-) is that they children lover her so much... We jokingly say I must be mean to the kids for them to hang on to and love her so much. I love it! I can say that if they weren't secure of my love and the fact that I would be there for them, they wouldn't be secure to leave me for her... right? RIGHT? RIGHT?!?!?!?!?! :-)
My Mom got me a wonderful birthday present!!!!! I have always said that if I came to a little money, or when I went back to work there would be two things I would buy - TIVO and broadband internet connection. Well... Mom got me TIVO!!! YEAH!!! What a wonderful system. They kids are amazed with it. Alyssa already asks "Did we get a new Pokemon show?" :-) Rebekah is amazed at how smart it is to guess what they want to watch. I am in a little bit of a strange phase with it though. I have this feeling... if it is taped (hmmm, recorded, I guess is a better word) , and waiting for me there that I need to watch it. I am watching a bit too much TV trying to watch it all. LOL It really is a bunch of shows I could watch if I wanted to watch TV. If I don't get to it? so what? I wouldn't have watched it anyway. I am not there yet though... I feel pressure. LOL
Talking about pressure. My house doesn't have any. :-( It is effecting about 220,000 and they don't know when it will get fixed. :-( Did you know toilets don't flush if you don't have water? I am driving over to a friend's house who has well water to bring home water to flush toilets. UGH. I am eating out today but have to go 1/2 hour away for fast food to make sure they have water. LOL
I hope they fix it soon! Rebekah doesn't think it is fair that her best friend at a private school 1/2 mile from hers is off from school and so are her brother and sister but she has to go in! LOL
